By signing, I signify that I have read the coworking agreement and will follow the guidelines. I understand my failure to do could result in the loss of my membership privileges.

If signing a private office membership, you have access after hours with the understanding that we also rent out our meeting room space after hours and that I acknowledge that I understand that after hours there may be more people on-site using our meeting room and restrooms.

Your month-to-month membership is recurring with automatic billing. Please email to renae@calledtogetherworking.entrepreneurialadd.online and send a text to 615-631-1203 to make sure it is received within 48 hours of your billing date if canceling. There are no refunds for unused time on your monthly membership.

Month to month membership types can be changed and canceled at the end of any billing month cycle by the owner or by you. If by the owner, we will always try our best to offer alternative options. We also offer 12-month memberships for those that want to plan long term on coworking with us and offer a 5% discount.

Regular office hours are 8 am-5 pm. However, please note that our training room is rented out after hours for meetings so there can be additional people on site and more activity than during the day.

The office is furnished with an Ikea desk, ergonomic chair, desk lamp, and trash can. You can decorate your office as long as it causes no damage to the walls or there is a service fee to fix the damage to your card on file when you leave. No candles allowed.

Includes utilities, shared kitchen, snacks for sale, printer, coffee, tea, and filtered water.

The bottom shelf of the refrigerator is available for our private office members but all items must be removed every Friday.

If you are the last person in the building, please turn off the lights, adjust the thermostat, and lock the door.

You will have keypad lock access through an app. You are not permitted to give your phone to others to access our building. If you have an employee that needs access, we will give them their own access code and link to download the app.
